You navigate the world with your own unique challenges, expectations, and experiences that can feel overwhelming to express and process. This group is created with you in mind—an opportunity to reflect on your life’s journey, explore your personal story, and connect with other Black women in a safe, creative, and non-judgmental space.

If you're feeling "talked out" or overwhelmed by traditional talk therapy, or if you're simply looking for a more approachable and reflective way to engage with your mental health, this group is for you. There’s no pressure to speak more than you’re ready for—this is about you taking control of your story and discovering new ways to express, reflect, and heal.

This Group May Be for You If You…

  • Want to explore your life story and experiences with others who understand the complexities and challenges of being a Black woman in today’s world.

  • Are seeking a gentle and reflective space to engage in self-care, healing, and growth—without the pressure to speak or share more than you’re comfortable with. Explore your journey in a way that feels empowering, safe, and affirming, free from judgment and in a space that honors your identity as a Black woman.

  • Desire community, sisterhood, and the opportunity to reflect on your journeys through creative expression and non-verbal exploration.
